Full- and Part-time Positions

Behavioral Specialist (Full-time with benefits)

Posting: Open (Multiple positions)

Provide assessment, program design and monitoring. Serve as a consultant to treatment team, rather than provide direct therapy. Work in collaboration with other members of the treatment team in order to design behavioral interventions and behavior modification interventions through a written plan, which is individualized to the child or adolescent and to the family's needs. Requires a Master’s Degree, one year of post-graduate direct experience providing clinically supervised treatment to children, and at least twelve (12) graduate level credit hours in course work related to behavioral management theory, interventions, protocols or techniques. Experience with clients on the autism spectrum preferred.
Assignment: Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, or Montgomery County.
$46,000-$56,000 annually, PTO, Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision, 403(b).

HR Generalist (Full-time with benefits)

Posting: Closed

Specialize in recruitment and perform other HR generalist related duties to include all phases of applicant screening, interviewing, training, and employee relations. This is a road warrior position that will travel between local offices. Requires a 4 year degree in Human Resources Management or related field, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Assignment: Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, and Montgomery counties.
$41,000-$45,000 annually, PTO, Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision, 403(b).

Therapeutic Staff Support Aide (As-needed, part-time employee up to 40 hours per week contingent on client needs and availability

Posting: Open

Provide one-to-one behavioral health interventions to children and adolescents in the home, school or community. Serve as a model for behavioral interventions and pro-social behaviors to parents, teachers and community members. Requires high school diploma. Preferred: two years, paid work experience with children in a human services field, including behavioral health, counseling, education, social work.)
Assignment: Chester and Montgomery counties.
$12.00 per hour. Employees are eligible to receive additional compensation including paid supervision, trainings, and travel. Benefits are available. These are not independent contractor positions.

3) completion of 60 college credits with the equivalent of at least three years of full-time paid work experience in a job involving direct contact with children

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Employees are eligible to receive additional compensation including paid supervision, trainings, and travel. Benefits are available. These are not independent contractor positions.

Independent Contractor Positions

Behavioral Specialist Consultant (Independent Contractor, Fee for Service)

$35.00 to $50.00 per hour depending on educational degree and ABA certification.

Mobile Therapist (Independent Contractor, Fee for Service)

Posting: Open

Provide child-centered, family-focused psychotherapy using a variety of strengths-based modalities as described in the child’s treatment plan. Master’s degree in a mental health field with a clinical practicum and at least one (1) year of direct experience providing clinically supervised treatment to children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances. Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred. Applicants must submit Master's Degree program transcript.
Assignment: Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, or Montgomery County.
$33.00 per hour.
